The Customer Security Center is a dedicated group that ensures that Blocket is a safe place for our users. We proactively work to prevent fraud. We deal with authorities, help users who have been cheated and deal with fraudsters. We are efficient and fast and our routines are constantly improving. As the way people advertise is constantly changing, flexibility is key for us. The the most important thing for us is to prevent fraudulent behavior even before it reaches our users, our job is best done when our users don’t even notice fraud.
